How can I make a deposit using Nagad (cpay Edition)?

Please log in to your account and click on the "Deposit" button located on the home page.

On the deposit page, select "Nagad" as the deposit method, and use "cpay" as the third-party type. Click on the amount to set the desired deposit amount, and then click "submit."

If you select 'cpay' as the third-party type, you will be directed to the following page:

When making a payment, please ensure that you use your Nagad account associated with your registered phone number on PANA365. On the payment gateway page, you will see it listed as the "sender phone" option. It is crucial to use the displayed Nagad account for payment; otherwise, the payment will fail, and the funds will be lost.

Please copy the "Receiver Phone" Nagad account number.

Open your Nagad app and click on the Send Money button.

Paste the account number you copied in step 1 into the "Receiver" field.

Please return to the cpay cashier page and copy the amount that is displayed on the page.

Please paste the amount that you copied in step 4. It is crucial to use the exact amount shown on the cpay page. If the amount entered does not match, it may cause a delay in your payment.

Please input your PIN and click "Next" to complete the cash out process. You are not required to copy and paste Transaction ID.

If your deposit is valid, it will be added to your account shortly.
