How to use self service
In the following cases, your deposit will not be successful, and the funds will not be added to your account:
- If you fail to enter the transaction ID on the payment page.
- If the cash-out amount does not match the amount specified on the payment page.
In these situations, you should provide us with a screenshot of the cash-out transaction, so we can manually add the funds for you. However, for a smoother and quicker experience, we strongly recommend using the self-service option to complete the deposit process.
- Enter self service page: Click "কাস্টমার সার্ভিস" - "Self-service" or visit this link: Self Service Center

- Click "Deposit Status Checking"

- Fill deposit information

- Inquiry Progress
after the submission is successful, the operator will review it for you within 10 minutes. Please use the "Inquiry Progress Checking" to check the result after 15 minutes.
