# How to use self service

In the following cases, your deposit will not be successful, and the funds will not be added to your account:

* If you fail to enter the transaction ID on the payment page.
* If the cash-out amount does not match the amount specified on the payment page.

In these situations, you should provide us with a screenshot of the cash-out transaction, so we can manually add the funds for you. However, for a smoother and quicker experience, we strongly recommend using the self-service option to complete the deposit process.

1. Enter self service page: Click "কাস্টমার সার্ভিস" - "Self-service" or visit this link: [Self Service Center](https://app.panaservice.xyz/home/selfservice?_language_type=ben)

2. Click "Deposit Status Checking"

3. Fill deposit information

||| Please ensure that you enter your own "username" accurately. If you input an incorrect or someone else's username, you may risk losing your funds.

4. Inquiry Progress
after the submission is successful, the operator will review it for you within 10 minutes. Please use the "Inquiry Progress Checking" to check the result after 15 minutes.
